Required Health and Well-Being Modules for Undergraduates
At UT Austin, we are committed to supporting your health and well-being during your time as a Longhorn. To help you transition smoothly to the Forty Acres and succeed both personally and academically, all incoming first-year and transfer students are required to complete these three health and well-being training modules. These courses are designed to guide you through common social challenges, equip you with strategies for managing stress, maintaining your well-being and fostering positive experiences throughout your college years and beyond.
These courses are mandatory even if you’ve completed similar trainings at another institution. They’re offered each fall and spring semester, and you only need to complete the content once based on your entry semester.
If you don’t complete Part 1 or Part 2 of any module by the deadline, you won’t be able to view your grades online for that semester.
